Early Morning Chase

A Tennessee man was arrested by a Georgia State Patrol trooper after leading him a high speed pursuit early Friday morning on a stolen motorcycle in Catoosa County. Timothy Lee Bussell of Maynardville, Tn, who has long criminal history, was arrested and charged with a slew of felonies. The pursuit went northbound on I-75 and down Highway 41 where it ended with the suspect being tased after crashing. Bussell is being charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, terroristic threats and acts - felony fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer - felony, theft by bringing stolen property into state - felony, DUI - driving under the influence of drugs, driving while license suspended or revoked, weaving misdemeanor, improper lane change driving on right side of road, speeding 80mph in a 45 mph zone, speeding 87mph in a 70mph zone, and obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers. #GSPScanner #CatoosaScanner #NWGAScanner

A pair from Tennessee was arrested by Fort Oglethorpe PD Friday night following a call from McEwen Tennessee authorities reporting a stolen Nissan Frontier in the lot of Marshalls off Battlefield Parkway.  FOPD arrived shortly after and spotted the 2018 Nissan Frontier leaving. Officers initiated a traffic stop near Walmart and took a Dylan Lockwood and Kristin Gill both of Tennessee into custody. Kristin Gill of TN was charged with theft by bringing stolen property into state - felony, and hold for other agency McEwen TN PD.
